To provide a helping hand where and when it's needed for citizens of all ages in Clallam and Jefferson counties who need: skills, care, guidance and extra support to succeed at whatever age, whatever task, with an emphasis on the needs of those with developmental and other disabilities.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our agency was established in 1979 and has been responsible for providing outstanding social services ever since. Although we specialize in people with disabilities from birth to seniors we also have programs for teens, children, seniors and cover a very broad range of human services. Our regular customers particularly value our open door policy and willingness to work around difficult issues putting peoples needs above other considerations.

Goal Statement:  To accomplish our mission through support, advocacy, and facilitation. Targeting special needs populations including birth to seniors and their families  and supporting the general welfare and quality of life of every human being by recognizing individual differences and gifts.

Our Vision:   is one of a barrier free environment for our targeted population; one of an integrated environment that encourages children, teens, and adults to reach their full potential by expanding life experiences and enhancing general health and personal growth.
