Concerned Citizens is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency. We provide social services to all folks, ages birth to senior citizens through a variety of programs. Our main office is in Forks, Washington with two other offices, one located in Port Angeles and one in Port Hadlock.  The agency serves both Clallam and Jefferson counties and operates forteen different programs with funding from grants, State and Federal dollars, private pay clients, and donations.

The main office and campus  is located on 3.5 acres in the middle of Forks Washington and was purchased in 1994.  The buildings have all been remodeled since and two new buildings have been added.  The complex houses the only Child Development Center, Teen Center, and Adult Family Home that the agency operates.

Programs such as Supervised visiting, Person Care, Respite, Vocation Rehabilitation, Individual Supported Employment, and Community Access are present in all locations.  Forks, Port Angeles, and Port Hadlock and cover the whole peninsula .

The Port Angeles office has the only Protective payee program and the Port Hadlock leg of the agency has the only Project Search program.

Concerned Citizens is very diverse in its service delivery in both counties, Clallam and Jefferson to provide services for:
•    People who have disabilities from babies who have just been diagnosed to adults who need help with daily living or finding a job. 
•    Seniors who want to live independently but need a little extra help to stay in their own home.
•    Parents who have had their children placed in foster care and need a third party to monitor their visits with their children.
•    Parents who need a little help with therapies, or direct services for their birth to three year olds.
•    People on Social Security who need help with budgeting.
