Concerned Citizens,

This program is short term; it is not designed to offer long-term support in a job.  I is possible you may qualify for long-term support through County funding if necessary.

We will help you identify interests and goals that will help connect you to jobs in your community.

We will advocate for you and support you in learning and retaining a job.

We will help you to identify other forms of support such as family, friends, and co-workers to increase your success.

It is important that you participate in the planning and identified activities in order to get the best possible benefits of this program.  Finding and activating a support system is one of the most important things we can offer you to insure that your success is not limited to paid supports

Communication with your provider and your team is critical to the success of the program.
